Job Summary: The Assistant Director for Athletic Communications will assist the Director of Sports Information and Gameday Operations (SID) with all aspects of media and gameday coverage of all 32 of Alvernia University’s athletic programs. This position will work closely with the Director of Sports Information and Gameday Operations (SID) and Graduate Assistant (GA) for Sports Information to manage the social media, web, and print content for Alvernia Athletics, as well as publicize the academic and athletic accomplishments of Alvernia’s 600+ student-athletes.
