Background: The Big Ten Diversity Fellow program provides annual funding for an entry-level administrative position at each member institution. The fellowship is intended to provide access, recruitment, and leadership development experience for candidates pursuing careers in collegiate athletics administration. General position summary: The University of Oregon Big Ten Fellow will report directly to the Associate Athletic Director of Student-Athlete Development and will collaborate with Student-Athlete Development staff to design and implement innovative programs and individualized support services that empower student-athletes to excel both academically and professionally.
