The Head Athletic Trainer for Hawk Athletics is responsible for the prevention, care, and rehabilitation of all athletic injuries. The Head Athletic Trainer works closely with all coaches, student athletes, and the Athletic Director. Responsibilities includes being closely associated with practices and games both in town and out of town as needed. The position will oversee athletic insurance policies, obtain third party insurance policies for students as needed, and maintain insurance records on all athletes. The Head Athletic Trainer is responsible for recruiting student athletic trainers and managing the scholarship budget and performance of the students. The position will maintain the athletic training room and equipment.
