Anticipated Dates: Position Available Spring/Summer 2026 Job Description: Waynesburg University Department of Athletics is seeking a graduate student, in the area of Esports, to assist with the recruitment and esports program development. Position entails working 19 hours per week. The graduate assistant will report to the Director of Athletics. Duties and responsibilities will include: Duties include: •Assist the Director of Esports/Head Coach with the growth and implementation of the Esports Program •Assist in the organization of practice sessions, onsite competitions, coordination of Esports events, etc. •Game specific or event coach, as needed •Work in accordance with all staff members of the Athletics Department, Admissions Office and Waynesburg University •Represent Waynesburg
