General Summary Supports operational functions and membership services for the University’s athletic fundraising program. Assists with member engagement, service coordination, and administrative processes to enhance donor experience and program effectiveness. Major Duties Engages with athletic fundraising program members by providing responsive and courteous assistance, serving as a reliable point of contact to support a positive donor experience. Supports donor communications by contributing to the development and delivery of messaging and engagement touchpoints for athletic fundraising program members. Assists with the development of promotional materials to clearly and professionally communicate the value and benefits of membership.
