The Director of Athletics, reporting directly to the President, is responsible for the daily operation and oversight of the University’s 11-team intercollegiate athletic program, as well as management of all aspects of the Athletics Department. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Establish and oversee long-range goals and strategic planning and implement policies and procedures to support these goals and plans. Ensure strict adherence to all NCAA by-laws, Lone Star Conference regulations, and institutional compliance rules, policies and procedures, as well as ethical standards of behavior. Manage all administrative work related to NCAA Division II membership. Ensure satisfactory academic performance of student-athletes along with the physical, emotio
