The Associate AD for Compliance and Sport Services oversees all aspects of the OSU Department of Athletics commitment to a culture of compliance and institutional control, including providing strategic leadership for NCAA and PAC-12 rules compliance for the Oregon State University community. The position works in concert with the university Faculty Athletics Representative (FAR), Athletic Director, and Executive Deputy Athletic Director/COO. The position educates, informs, monitors, and interprets all issues associated with NCAA and PAC-12 rules compliance. Constituencies include, but are not limited to: coaches, university faculty, student-athletes, high school personnel, parents, NCAA, boosters, conference office personnel, and the senior management team of the university.
