Description   The Assistant Women’s Wrestling Coach is responsible for all aspects related to assisting the head coach with conducting practices and competitions, working on individual player development, supervising pre-season and conditioning programs, assisting with recruiting and contacting prospective student-athletes and promoting and maintaining positive public relations. This person is directly responsible for the total administration of their assigned building.  This includes developing and implementing the IHCC residence hall programming model in their community.  Indian Hills Community College is a learning community committed to excellence in meeting educational needs and improving the quality of life through programs
