Colby Community College is accepting applications for a Head Softball Coach. The head softball coach is responsible for the operation of the softball program within the rules and regulations of the Jayhawk Conference, the National Junior College Athletic Association, and Colby Community College. The coach works closely with administrative offices and departments across campus. Rapport must be established, maintained, and promoted with students, faculty, and staff. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Recruitment of student-athletes. Scheduling team travel and practices in compliance with institutional policies and procedures. Guide student-athletes on a range of personal and educational issues. Monitoring the academic progress of ath
