Job Description The Athletic Director is responsible for overall administration and management of the University’s intercollegiate athletics program and represents the program at the conference and national levels. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Directs and evaluates the activities of coaches and staff members involved in the intercollegiate athletic program so that the program supports the educational objectives of the University and complies with all standards of the regulatory organizations. Works to recruit and retain a superior coaching staff and departmental personnel in the athletic department to promote and support the academic success and general well-being of student-athletes. Provides leadership that reflects an adherence and commitment of high standards i
