The Associate Director of Athletics for Compliance serves as the chief compliance officer for the Division of Athletics and Recreation, with a specific emphasis on NCAA, Ivy League, ECAC, and other athletics governing body compliance. The position manages a comprehensive compliance program across 34 varsity sports and 200+ staff members, including rules education and interpretation, monitoring systems, and enforcement of aforementioned NCAA, Ivy League, ECAC, and other applicable rules, bylaws, policies, and guidelines.
