The Director of Campus Ticketing is responsible for supervising the university’s centralized ticketing program, including the web based electronic ticketing platform, marketing and sales of on-campus events, maintaining databases for seating and ticket sales at campus venues, and overseeing the administration of on-site ticket outlets for walk-up sales and will-call. This position supervises an administrative team of two managers, one each for Athletics and the Performance Arts, that will serve as liaisons to those respective areas in developing effective marketing strategies and practices for the overall promotion and attendance of ticketed campus events.
