JOB DESCRIPTION: - - Work under the Director of Sports and alongside the Baseball and Softball Manager to run or host top notch soccer, lacrosse, football, rugby or other sports events that can be played on existing our rectangle fields - - Research new sports rules and protocols related to rectangle field sports - - Make daily cold calls attracting teams and organizations to the Woodside Sports Complex - - Build and manage all Woodside Sports tournaments for rectangle field sports - - Manage tournament staff for each event - - Use superior judgement during decision making and problem solving - - Must have interest in learning about and working many different sporting events - - Must be motivated and have strong initiative to help maintain the Woodside Sports Complex as a top-notch sports
