This position coordinates all aspects of video and technology, from researching to purchasing to implementation and use, to aid the football program (coaches/players/staff) in the areas of self-scouting, opponent scouting, recruiting, and research so that the football team can be competitive and successful in Division 1 FBS College Football. This position also provides video and technology assistance and consulting to other sports and departments within Intercollegiate Athletics.
Essential Functions: • Managing of Football Digital Video Network • Filming and Editing of Football Practices and Games • Acquiring and Editing of Opponent Game Film • Research, purchase, and implementation of new video technology • Produce teaching tapes, scouting tapes, and motivational highlights for social media • First line of defense for IT related issues; Liaison to IT • Produce promotional media for Athletic Media Relations • Aid in execution of all recruiting photoshoots • Onsite technical support for DVSport and XOS Instant Replay Systems • Hire, train, and supervise a staff of student video assistants • Video assistance and/or consultation for other sports and Intercollegiate Athletics

The following Experience is required:
1 year of experience in a college or professional sports video setting including the filming, editing, and digitizing of practice and game film and the use of a sport specific video editing system (DVSport, XOS, Webb Electronic, etc.).
2 years of Undergraduate and/or graduate work with football video will count as 1 year of full-time experience.
