What We Are Looking For

The Athletics department at Baylor University is seeking an Assistant Director Of Ticket Operations to support the mission of the university.

A Bachelor's degree, and less than one year of work experience, and a Christian faith are required.

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

What You Will Do

• Assist with executing annual Bear Foundation membership campaigns, season and single-game ticket sales, special events, and other day-to-day activities of the ticket office
• Assist with Sales plans for various sports
• Setup specific events and seasons as assigned in the ticket office
• Serve as a liaison to the Baylor Bear Foundation and assist with gift processing
• Responsible for the coordination and execution of specific sporting events and other events as assigned
• Create and maintain a ticket sales and operations calendar for sports as assigned
• Manage the hiring and retention of graduate assistants and student workers in the Baylor Athletics Ticket Office and set up a training program
• Work directly with members of the Resource Development department to grow customer service efforts with donors and season ticket holders
• Assist on game days with donor relations, customer service needs, and ticket operations
