The Assistant Athletic Director for Event and Facilities Operations implements and exercises functional authority for planning, organization, control, integration, and completion of projects within area of assigned responsibility. Duties include: - Management of events at the UT Dallas soccer fields, baseball field, softball field and tennis complex and all intercollegiate events inside UTD Activities Center - Acts as liaison between the department and internal or external customers, with an emphasis on customer experience, logistics, scheduling, supervision/training of support staff, game management, and event setup/breakdown - Responsible for hiring of third party for restroom maintenance of outside complex - Responsible for all Facilities Maintenance work orders
