The Office of the Registrar is seeking applications for the Assistant Registrar for NCAA Certification and Eligibility. This position is responsible to the Associate Registrar for Records and is responsible for managing the NCAA student-athlete certification process for East Tennessee State University. This requires the successful completion of a variety of duties and responsibilities, including but not limited to: Initial continuing eligibility and transfer certification; determine eligibility of prospective and continuing student-athletes which includes but is not limited to reviewing transcripts, credits, majors, and all academic records for incoming and returning students, and completing the transfer evaluation forms for transfers in accordance with NCAA rules.
