Under the direction of the Assistant Athletic Director for Ticket Operations, with additional direction from Assistant Ticket Directors, the Ticket Office Assistant - Intern responsibilities include: - Assist in all aspects of ticket operations and customer service efforts using the Paciolan Ticketing System, Ballena, SeatGeek, eQuery, FEVO, Salesforce, and the SideArm Player Guest System. - Act as the lead ticket office customer service representative in ATO Call Center. Responsible for answering inbound calls and the primary person for managing email correspondences for the general ATO email account.
