Position Summary:The Assistant Director of Athletics Ticket Operations assists with the daily operations of the ticket office. This position works under the direction of the Director of Athletics Ticket Operations. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 1. Function: Ticket Operations - Supervises and manages the daily operations of the Athletics Ticket Office; services ticket operations at campus-hosted ticketed events, select road games, and post-season events; maintains ticketing software, ticket scanners, and ticket printer hardware; processes ticket orders for season, individual, group, and mini plan ticket packages for all ticketed sports; assists with updating the database for all donors and ticket holders; and works with Compliance Department and Sports Ope
