Director - Athletics Provide visionary leadership, management, and administration of the College's athletics program working to achieve programs of quality, athletic competitiveness, and compliance with NJCAA, ICCAC, and federal regulations such as Title IX. Lead department strategic planning, and fundraising. Promote the athletic program to the internal and external community, alumni, friends of the College, and donors. Work collaboratively with others to support and advocate for student-athletes' athletic, academic, and mental health welfare. Additional assignments in coaching or instruction depending on background and experience. Responsible for overseeing the Fitness Center.   Salary & Benefits: Salary of $70,000 - $88,000 based on experience.
