The Senior Associate Athletic Director for Business Operations is the head of the athletics business operations team which manages athletics team budgets and support services budgets and executes all financial matters related to procurement services, human resources and payroll, and applies Tarleton State University (“University”) policies and guidelines for fiscally-responsible execution of athletics business operations. Prepares annual operating budgets in collaboration with department heads and coaches for submission to University.
