The Associate Athletics Director for Development leads, plans, and executes fundraising initiatives for the Northern Kentucky University Athletics Department, reporting jointly to the Vice President and Director of Athletics and the Assistant Vice President of Development. The Associate AD will position the department to achieve significant growth in private contributions over the next 3-5 years in preparation for the next comprehensive campaign. Key elements of the plan will address program structure, pipeline development, portfolio optimization, and alignment with university and departmental priorities.
