William & Mary Athletics (NCAA Division I) and a member of the Colonial Athletic Association (CAA) conference, is seeking an outstanding individual to lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of programs and services related to enhancing student-athlete experience, development, and leadership. We invite qualified applicants to apply for the Assistant or Associate Athletic Director for Student-Athlete Development. The Asst. or Assoc. Athletic Director will regularly interact with a variety of constituents including current/prospective student-athletes, families, coaches, department and university staff, faculty, and adjunct support personnel from both within and outside the university. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Engaging with campus par
