Description of Duties: Duties include, but are not limited to the following: Develop, organize, direct and coach at a high level an intercollegiate women's volleyball program; organize and implement a recruiting plan to bring in top rated local, region, state and country wide prospective student-athletes. Administer a budget that provides for the needs of the programs. Duties would also include maintaining the facility and office for potential recruits at all times.
