Juniata College (Juniata.edu) is pleased to welcome applications for the role of Dean of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (Dean of EDI). Reporting to the President and sitting on the Senior Leadership Team (Cabinet), the Dean of EDI serves as the senior diversity officer for the College, with the responsibility for developing and implementing a comprehensive plan for furthering diversity, equity and inclusion. Equity-minded culture is one of three explicit commitments in the newly approved institutional strategic plan empowering the Dean to lead and coordinate efforts to create an equitable, inclusive and welcoming learning environment. The Dean will supervise a professional and student staff to lead this work. Juniata College is committed to cultivating an equity-minded and equity-e
