Director of Athletic Development
Reporting to the Associate Athletic Director for Development, the Director of Athletic Development is responsible for managing a major and leadership annual giving portfolio and is expected to operate with a high level of independence and decision making capabilities and judgement. The key focus of this role will be in two areas. 1.) Major and leadership annual giving fundraising. Specifically, managing a portfolio, soliciting all donors and prospects for an annual gift and expanding Athletics pipeline. This position will be expected to conduct a minimum of 11-14 meetings per month. 2.) This position will lead athletics parent giving, including strategy implementation to increase giving of parents of student-athletes, which reached a record high in FY22.
