Responsible for the operations and administrative needs of the Men’s and Women’s Tennis programs and facility. Responsibilities Include Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of NCAA legislation and a commitment to compliance with NCAA, Pac-12 Conference, and institutional rules. Help with coordinating travel scheduling and reimbursement requests for the coaches of each sport. Coordinate, welcome, and handle the logistics of visiting teams for competition (e.g., practice times, parking, etc.). Track, purchase, and keep inventory of equipment needs for the teams and the Eccles Tennis Center. Manage match day operations and court reservations for both sports, coaches, and independent contractor lessons; this includes the management of the court reservation softw
