The Associate Director of Business Development supports divisional revenue generating initiatives by managing all facility and event rentals as well as camps and clinics. Directly supervises full-time Business Development staff members as assigned who work collaboratively across the division; most closely with Facilities, Operations, Ticketing, Campus Recreation and Intercollegiate Head Coaches. Manages revenue generating initiatives for all DRIA facility event rentals and camps/clinics to meet and exceed revenue goals. Serves as primary contact for external event and rental requests within DRIA facilities and Penn Park, including event intake, return correspondence, estimates, facility scheduling, implementation, and facilitating operational needs for relevant events.
