Football Recruiting and Personnel Specialist Ball State University Ball State’s Football team welcomes applications for a Recruiting and Personnel Specialist. This position will be key in the analysis of future opponents as well as the preparation process during a game week. This addition will allow our student-athletes to get a head start on their upcoming opponent and have them better prepared for game day. Position Function: This position will work in
