Salem University seeks a qualified candidate to serve as Sports Information Director. This position works to promote the college's intercollegiate athletic program and increase the visibility of both individual student-athletes and varsity teams through the use of print and electronic media. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: •Creates, edits, plans and manages all content on salemtigers.com. •Coordinates to ensure that workers are hired and assigned to cover the various game management functions required for each sporting event, such as public address announcer, scoreboard, live streaming video, and other functions. •Maintains a successful social media presence through relevant outlets (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, & YouTube). •Supports athletic department with external media relations. •
