Reporting to the Assistant Athletics Director of Business Operations, the Business Operations Coordinator will play an integral role in the day-to-day management of the athletic budget. This position will be primarily responsible for oversight and reconciliation of Athletics budget and departmental purchasing card(s), processing of business documents such as journal entries, purchase orders, invoices and travel & expense reports. The Business Office Coordinator will have signature authority on purchases and will assist in identifying cost saving initiatives and creating operational efficiencies for all Department business related functions. Performs other duties as assigned by the Assistant Athletics Director of Business Operations.
