The eSports Head Coach works under the supervision of the Athletic Director and is responsible for all programming and operations associated with the Central Community College eSports program.  S/He will direct practices, manage travel and practice schedules, and supervise team conduct. Will collaborate with high schools and other educational institutions to recruit student-athletes. Works closely with the athletic director, coaching staff, and athletic administrative assistant.  In addition, may provide instruction for select courses within area of discipline in which individual is credentialed.  Instructional assignments will be no more than 25% of position responsibilities.  Performs other duties as assigned.  Will perform duties and responsibilities in accordance with college polici
