About University of Mount Olive Athletics Sponsoring 23 varsity sports at the NCAA Division II level, the University is a member of Conference Carolinas. Over the last 16 years, Trojan teams have won 37 regular-season conference titles and 68 conference championships and have earned 71 NCAA Tournament berths. The Trojans won a school-record eight conference championships in 2016-17. In addition, Mount Olive won the 2008 NCAA Division II Baseball National Championship, the school’s first-ever national championship.
