The Assistant Athletic Director, Facilities & Operations supervises all aspect of the Event Management, Game Operations, Special Events and the Facilities staff. Between the three areas, this position will oversee eleven full time employees. In the supervision of and responsibility for these major areas within Athletics, this position will represent the Athletic Department and the University in matters of significance ranging from policy interpretation, development and implementation management. On a highly regular basis, through the procurement process, this position will bind Illinois State University and its Athletic Department to contracts with significant financial implications.
