Administrative Program Specialist
Position Summary: This recruitment will be used to fill one full-time Administrative Program Specialist position for the Department of Athletics at Oregon State University (OSU). The mission of the OSU Department of Athletics is to Go Build Excellent, Authentic, Visionary Student-Athletes (GO B.E.A.V.S.). The APS (Travel Coordinator) will perform lead functions and operates as the point person on all matters related to university travel, and vendor relationships. This position has responsibility for procurement and management of all vendor accounts and relationships. This includes individual recruiting travel along with team travel. This position is responsible for pre-trip arrangements as well as reconciliation of team cards, individual cards, and advances. This position also
