Position Description The Assistant Athletic Director, Ticket Sales and Service serves as the most senior dedicated ticket sales leader and provides oversight for all ticket sales, service and operations for Seattle University Athletics. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, building the fan base and developing data-informed sales campaigns across all ticketed sports. This position oversees ticket office operations and staff, including direct supervision of the Manager of Ticket Services and Operations, and serves as the primary architect of sales planning, pricing, retention and customer acquisition initiatives.
