Principal Duties and Responsibilities: • Assist with game operations for men’s and women’s basketball games at Wintrust Arena, including venue and premium space setup and teardown, concessions and catering coordination, creation of credential and access management materials, ordering of signage, coordinating deliveries, serving as the point of contact and liaison for the visiting team’s arrival, and supporting sponsor activations. (40%) • Assist with travel logistics, team meal ordering, Teamworks data entry, drafting of competition contracts, and other sport-specific operations requests for select DePaul varsity sports. (40%) • Assist in serving as the event manager for assigned sports, ensuring a safe and organized environment for teams, officials, and spectators. (15%)
