Miles Community College is seeking a knowledgeable, energetic, and student-focused Head Women’s Softball Coach to lead our competitive NJCAA softball program. This twelve-month, full-time, exempt position provides program leadership, including player development, recruitment, practice and game management, scheduling, budget oversight, including team fund raising, and supervision of coaching staff.
