Director of Football Recruiting and Player Personnel Department of Intercollegiate Athletics Full Time/Term Primary Responsibilities •Responsible for strategic recruitment and evaluation of potential student-athletes, including high school, junior college, and transfer portal •Oversight of the football recruiting endeavors and ensures all operations align with NCAA and conference regulations •Manage recruiting strategies, coordinate visits, and support the Head Coach and staff with day-to-day recruiting functions •Collaborate and communicate with position coaches, as well as academic, compliance, and administrative staff •Organize on-campus and prospect camps and tryouts •Performs administrative duties related to the football program •
