Individual will be responsible for leading Southwestern Community College’s varsity volleyball program including the recruiting, coaching and the overall direction of the program within the athletic department.  Previous coaching and recruiting experience with a proven commitment to excellence at the collegiate level required.  The head coach will also be responsible for developing, leading and coaching a club volleyball program.
