This position is responsible for planning and assessing a quality intercollegiate athletics and on-campus recreation program with a focus on student success. This position provides leadership and management in developing, implementing and evaluation an annual operational plan and a long-term business plan to enhance student retention, student athlete recruitment, community relationships, and public relations. Administrative responsibilities include: annual budget request process, program development, evaluation and review, personnel management, budget and inventory oversight, development and enforcement of policies and procedures, and monitoring for compliance. This position works with the Green River Foundation to bring on board all assistant athletic coaches and to coordinate fun
