The Executive Assistant to the Director of Athletics is a full-time professional position reporting directly to the Director of Athletics. This position provides executive-level administrative support to the Director of Athletics in fulfilling their administrative responsibilities including but not limited to calendar management, meeting and event logistics, meeting support, handling routine office expenditures, and assisting with daily office operations in an efficient, organized, and timely manner. This position will oversee the daily administration for the Director of Athletics, Deputy Athletic Director, and Executive Senior Associate Athletic Directors, and coordinate executive team schedules for meeting and project management.
