Job Description The Women’s Lacrosse Director of Operations is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and logistical support of the women’s lacrosse program. This includes managing team travel, equipment, recruiting and facilities coordination while ensuring compliance with institutional, conference, and NCAA policies. This is a non-coaching role that is critical to the organization, efficiency, and success of the team. This role supports the coaching staff so that the coaches can focus time with our student athletes and focus on the human and positional development of each athlete.
