The Director of Athletics will have administrative oversight of all facets of the Division III athletic program at Beloit College. The Director of Athletics is expected to build an exceptional DIII program by providing the best possible environment for student-athletes for competition, learning, and community service. The Director of Athletics will be a member of senior staff working directly with college leaders to meet athletics’ and the college’s strategic goals, including: * working with the Enrollment team to meet recruitment goals, * collaborate with the Advancement team to fundraise for athletics and, * partner with Academic and Student Affairs for an immersive and rewarding student-athlete experience in the Beloit College community.
