K-State Athletics is seeking qualified applicants for an ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR OF DEVELOPMENT, which is a full-time, salaried, benefits-eligible position. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: Manage a portfolio of major gift prospects with the expectation to make 150+ personal visits annually. Identify, manage, cultivate and solicit new and current prospects for major gifts and annual leadership gifts for the Ahearn Fund and K-State Athletics. Frequent travel within the state of Kansas, bordering states and potential national travel to cultivate and solicit gifts. Work home and some away K-State Athletic sporting events and donor event.
