Summary The Assistant Coach is responsible for assisting in the direction of all phases of a nationally competitive athletic program in accordance with Barry University, the Sunshine State Conference, and NCAA DII regulations. Responsible for supporting the Head Coach by providing individual instruction/ teaching of said sport. Also, coordinates community involvement, completing/submitting administrative compliance documents and other duties assigned by Head Coach, Sport Supervisor or Athletic Director. Essential Functions Organizes, supervises, and conducts teaching sessions: Assists the head coach with instructing/ teaching student-athletes in the rules, regulations, and techniques of the sport.
