Scope: Responsible for supporting the daily operations of The Wildcat Ticket Office. Being committed to assisting season ticket holders and fans while maintaining excellent customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities. • Assist with the daily ticket operation duties for preparation and game-day management of Football, Men’s & Women’s Basketball and Baseball as assigned. • Communicate and interact effectively, respectfully, and appropriately with diverse populations in the Department and the University community. • Assist with the daily maintenance of ticket software system and office equipment. •Assist with maintenance of customer accounts within vivenu ticketing software. • Assist in the renewal process for season tickets with an emphasis on Donor Retention. •Manage all parking efforts for all home events. •Serve as Lead Ticketing Operator for all outside home events. • Assist with customer phone, email, walk-up interactions, and sales. • Other duties as assigned.

• Ability to work flexible, non-traditional hours and adjust to a varied schedule.

Qualifications:
ACU is affiliated with the fellowship of the Church of Christ. This position requires the employee to
be a professing Christian and to be willing to support the Christian mission of ACU.
• Must be enrolled full-time in graduate program at Abilene Christian University. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as well as all home events.
• Previous working knowledge of Paciolan and/or Ticketmaster ticketing platforms preferred.
