JOB DUTIES
Generate revenue and service customers by transacting ticket sales by telephone, mail, and walk in service as well as at home athletic events.
Create and maintain event online sales including control of inventory, sales, online updates, mailing and balancing year end reports.
Maintain customer satisfaction by providing athletic ticket information; attract potential customers, and retain existing customers, by answering questions and/or providing related customer service. Advise customers by providing information about cost, seat location, delivery of tickets and payment.
Prospect and target new ticketing leads on campus and throughout the Grand Junction community.
Strengthen the excitement for CMU Athletics by building relationships with new and existing CMU fans through creating timely touch points.
Hire, schedule and train event gameday ticketing staff.
Oversee ticketing activities related to hosting NCAA/RMAC championships and serve as tournament manager.
Prepare transaction forms by preparing cash, tickets, cash registers, and transaction forms for all events.
Manage athletic facility scheduling, serving as liaison with campus departments.
Oversee athletic ticket office operations, advance sales, and ticket policy including hiring, training, and supervising ticket office staff
