KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Prioritize and mentor the development of students personally, academically, and athletically. Recruit and develop top-quality student athletes who can be successful academically and can be competitive in the Big Sky Conference in Shot Put, Discus, Weight Throw, Hammer, Javelin and assist with combined event throws. Schedule, plan, and execute plans for pre-season, post-season and in-season practices and competition. Log CARA activities Demonstrate excellent teaching and coaching competencies with regard to: sport skill instruction, motivation, and tactical strategies, while also assisting in designing a competitive schedule that maximizes student-athlete development and performance.
