Essential Job Functions This position reports to the Director of Athletics. The Deputy Director of Athletics oversees all revenue operations within the department with a primary focus on development. The Deputy AD will have a portfolio of donors and corporate partners and work to secure major gifts for athletics including cultivation, solicitation and stewardship. Directs overall strategic planning efforts including capital projects relating to revenue generation. Will assist AD with oversight with men's and women's basketball elevation including implementing strategies to separate from competition, including institutional revenue share. Leads multiple staff members including Senior Associate AD for Revenue Enhancement and Assistant AD for Development and Special Events. Will work closely
